5 Axis High Speed Claymill

This newly designed 5 axis milling machine is ideal for milling clay and light foam Automotive Design Studio Models. Performance exceeds all past and current specialized Clay Milling Machines and CMM based Clay Milling solutions. While costing much less than heavier Gantry 5 Axis mills and providing better milling quality than low cost Gantry Router machines, installation requires only a stable concrete floor. Floor plates are available as an option but are not necessary. Maximum Milling Feed Rates are 50 meters per minute for initial rough milling to remove excess clay, and 14 to 20 meters per minute for finishing depending on the level of surface quality the user requires.
